Waste is the unwanted materials we generate from our homes,
offices and industries. These wastes are unwanted were they are generated and
sometimes may be harmful to human, animals and the environment. But these
wastes can be properly managed, handled and converted into raw materials for
producing other materials can be sold to make wealth. Wealth is the gathering
of great sum of money or properties.
The aspect we are looking at today is some waste from our
kitchens. In fact the amounts of wastes generated from our kitchens daily are
so much more the wastes generated from our offices monthly. This is true because we all need food to
live, and these foods are prepared in the kitchens and during the daily
preparation of these foods, wastes are generated. The unwanted, unused and over
used materials are thrown away as wastes.
Have you ever considered the old used cooking or vegetable
oil which we throw as wastes after using it to fry after some times. It very
good to change the oil after some times for health reasons, but these oils can
be converted to bio diesel for all our diesel engines of our cars, trucks and
generators. Not only bio diesel is produced from old used oils but soaps for
all our washing.
In this way we are converting our waste to wealth.
